Cancellation Policy

→ If canceled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
→ If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
Deposit / Prepayment Policy
→ No deposit will be charged.
APPLIED ONLY ON ONLINE RESERVATIONS.

Applicable Meal Plan

→ Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Standard Policy Related to Children and Extra Beds

→ All children are welcome.
→ 1 child under 10 years old: free of charge for existing bedding.
→ 1 child under 2 years: will be accommodated free of charge, for 1 cot.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged BRL 80 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
